Vegas Lights is a standard 5 reel slot game with 20 win lines. The game has 2 extra large feature reels which sit above the scrollable reel screen. The game is designed to play in portrait mode only on mobile devices.
Playing the game
Each press of SPIN will action each reel to spin to a random position. Wins are paid for matching 2, 3, 4 or 5 of-a-kind symbols from left to right on any payline.
Set Your Stake
The player can choose their stake by pressing the + and - buttons which are situated below the reels, set into the casino cabinet.
The Wild symbols can substitute for the other symbols to help create a line win, except scatters (feature trigger symbol).
The bonus feature ‘Win Spins’ and ‘Free Spins’ wheels sitting atop of the cabinet are activated by scatter symbols on the reels.
The trigger symbols land in the reel frames 1 and 2 and also 4 and 5. These are represented as half symbols. Only symbols landing and completing a full wheel symbol will activate the Win Spins and/or the Free Spins feature wheels. It is theoretically possible to activate both, in which case the Win Spins will play-out first followed by Free Spins.
On Reels 1 and 2 if the player lands a matching pair of halves to complete the RED 'Wheel Symbols’ then the 'WINSPINS' massive feature wheel will become unlocked. The player will be alerted by the 'Win spin' panel directly above the video screen. The player is prompted to press ‘START’ on the 18 stop 'Win Spin' feature reel which will then start spinning. Each segment passes through a win aperture, and the wheel begins to lose momentum and slowly grinds to a halt. When the feature wheel has stopped the 'Win Spin' value feature within the aperture will be awarded (see below):
1- Standard Win Spins: These will be spins on the base game where the outcome is always a winning combination. There are 5 of these with spin types varying from 5 to 50 Win Spins.
2- Win Spins without 'Royals': These will be spins on the base game where the outcome is always a winning combination with 3 or more of the lower paying royal symbols removed. These improve the wins as other higher paying symbols will replace those removed on the reels in the winning combinations.
3- Unlimited Win Spins with 'Lives': These will be spins on the base game where the outcome is always a winning combination. The amount of spins is not restricted, however at random a 'Stop' (a Heart with a line through it) symbol will land anywhere on reel 3 and stop the spins. However if the player has lives left, the stop symbol will be ignored, a life will be taken away from the lives ‘Heart’ meter until they are all exhausted, and then the stop symbol will stop the reels the next time it lands.
4- Win Spins with 'Multipliers': These will be spins on the base game where the outcome is always a winning combination, however during the 5 to 10 spins awarded, each spin will have the chance of a multiplier landing which will improve the win between 2x and 5x the winning combination.
On Reels 4 and 5 if the player lands a matching pair of halves to complete the GREEN 'Wheel Symbols’ then the 'FREE SPINS' massive feature wheel will become unlocked. The player will be alerted by the 'Free Spin' panel directly above the video screen. The player is prompted to press ‘START’ on the 18 stop 'Free Spin' feature reel which will then start spinning. Each segment passes through a win aperture, and the wheel begins to lose momentum and slowly grinds to a halt. When the feature wheel has stopped the ‘Free Spin' value feature within the aperture will be awarded (see below):
1- Free Spins with 'Additional Wilds': These will be between 5 to 100 free spins on the base game, which may spin to a win or a losing combination. However, during the spins extra Wild symbols may land on the reels. The addition of extra Wilds increase the chance of a better win, which will be greater as more Wilds are added.
2- Free Spins with 'Multipliers': These are free spins on the base game which may spin to a win or a losing combination. There are 5 of these spin types varying from 5 to 100 Free Spins. The multipliers will be awarded via a weighted table (see math attached) and range from 2x to 5x multipliers.
3- Free Spins with 'Stacked Wilds': These will be between 5 to 10 free spins on the base game, which may spin to a win or a losing combination. However, during the spins extra Wild symbols (which are stacked) that fill the reel apertures may land on the reels. The addition of extra Wilds increase the chance of a better win, which will be greater as more Stacked Wilds are added.
4- Win Spins with 'Extra Win-lines': These are free spins on the base game, which may spin to a win or a losing combination. There are 3 of these spin types each with 10 Free Spins, with the extra win-lines varying from an additional 5 to 20. These extra win-lines can take the base game from 20 up to 40 win-lines. The more win-lines that are activated the greater the chance of winning combinations on the reels.
