Robo Buck's Garage is the 5-reel slot game with a post-apocalypse robotic steampunk theme.
Once upon a time in the dusty New Mexico desert, a hard-working mechanic named Buck Jackson opened his new business. It was called 'Buck's Garage'. Fast forward 1500 years, one climate change disaster, and one zombie apocalypse later. All humans are extinct, and only robots that have evolved from human technology remain. S.P.U.D. is one of these robots. He's always loved neon lights and slot machines. After many years roaming the long empty roads, S.P.U.D. stumbles across Buck's Garage and decides to convert it into his very own giant slot machine. Scavenging parts from crumbling casinos and rusty scrapyards, S.P.U.D. finally completes his masterpiece. Re-naming the old garage, S.P.U.D. flips the power switch and the neon lights come on. ROBO BUCK'S GARAGE is open for business!
Join S.P.U.D. for some fun with his wondrous contraptions. Cash prizes can be won on any of the 30 win lines, or from the Prize Wheel feature, where you control the spin of S.P.U.D.'s giant neon wheel of fortune.
Every segment of the Prize Wheel has a cash prize, or a bonus game where you can win more cash prizes. Will you land on Road 66, and be given the chance to guide S.P.U.D. home and win the Robo Buck's Garage bonus! Or will you land on Drive In, and win one of S.P.U.D.'s spectacular prizes? Or maybe you'll land on Prize Spins, where you'll be given 5 free bonus spins, guaranteed to add up to a smashing total win.
If you choose to, you can gamble your winnings up to the maximum win in S.P.U.D.'s gamble game.
Set your stake
Robo Buck's Garage has 30 win lines. Click the STAKE/LINE 'up' and 'down' arrow buttons to increase or decrease the size of your stake per line. Click the PAYTABLE button to view the win line payouts for each symbol at the currently selected stake.
Start the game
Click 'SPIN' to start your game. There is an optional auto play function that, if selected, will start each spin automatically until something occurs in the game that requires player intervention. Click 'AUTO PLAY' and then click one of the options from the pop up list to select your desired number of auto spins. If you wish to cancel auto play during your auto spins click the 'STOP AUTO PLAY' button which will appear where the 'AUTO PLAY' button was previously.
Using the Auto Play configurator allows the player to specify the Number of Plays, Loss Limit and Single Win Limit in accordance to UKGC guidelines.
Enabling the Gamble Feature
Before starting a game, and while a game is not in progress, you can choose whether to gamble any wins in the optional gamble feature. Click the orange gamble button and then click one of the options from the pop up list. Choose 'GAMBLE ALL WINS' to activate the gamble feature for all wins. Choose 'GAMBLE OFF' to disable the gamble feature. Choose one of the other options to gamble wins above 3, 5, or 10 times the STAKE. Your chosen gamble option will remain active for subsequent games or until you choose to change it.
How do you win?
Win lines and bonus wins
To win you must match 3 or more reel symbols on a win line, or have 3 Wheel scatter symbols in view. All line pay symbols must appear on a win line and on consecutive reels beginning with the far left reel. Only the highest win is paid on each win line. Coinciding wins on different win lines are added. Bonus wins are added to pay line wins. Click the 'PAYTABLE' button to view the win lines.
The wild star symbol is wild, and substitutes for any symbol except the Wheel scatter symbol.
S.P.U.D. will, at random, re-spin reel 5 to improve a 4-of-a-kind win, or reels 4 & 5 to improve a 3-of-a-kind win.
3 Wheel scatter symbols in view triggers the Prize Wheel Bonus. Wheel scatter symbols are present only on reels 1, 3, and 5. Drag the wheel clockwise to spin it, or click 'AUTO SPIN'. The prize that the wheel stops on will be awarded.
Road 66 is triggered when the Prize Wheel stops on a Road 66 segment. Click 'SPIN' to reveal the number of steps to propel S.P.U.D. along the trail. Each step of the way awards a cash prize. Revealing 'STOP' ends the bonus - the accumulated total win is awarded. Completing the trail awards the Robo Buck's Garage bonus.
Drive In is triggered when the Prize Wheel stops on a Drive In segment. Select any of the squares to reveal a symbol. Finding 3-of-a-kind of any symbol awards a prize and ends the bonus. Finding the star symbol awards an addtional cash prize. Finding 3 "X" symbols ends the bonus.
Bonus Prize Spins are awarded when the Prize Wheel stops on a Prize Spins segment. During Prize Spins, the middle reel is replaced by a giant wild symbol which increases the chance of winning lines. The Prize Spins bonus ends when all 5 prize spins have been used.
The outcome for each bonus game is pre-determined at the start of the game. Bonus games are not games of skill.
In the gamble feature, select one of the gamble bet options at the top of the screen either by clicking it directly or by clicking the '+' or '-' buttons. The cards for your chosen gamble bet will be highlighted. Each gamble bet option shows the outcome for winning a gamble with that bet.
The WINNINGS meter shows your stake for the gamble. The GAMBLE TO meter shows the value of your winnings if you win the gamble.
Clicking the 'BANK HALF' button will transfer half of the money in the WINNINGS meter to the BANKED meter. Money in the BANKED meter is not included in the stake for the gamble. All money in the BANKED meter is safe and will be credited to your account at the end of the gamble feature.
If the money in the WINNINGS meter is an odd value, then money will automatically be transferred from the WINNINGS meter to the BANKED meter so as to leave an even value in the WINNINGS meter.
Clicking the 'COLLECT' button ends the gamble feature - the money in the WINNINGS and BANKED meters is credited to your account.
Clicking the 'GAMBLE' button starts the gamble spin. The red arrow spins and stops on one of the cards. Each card has an equal chance of the arrow stopping on it. If the arrow stops on a non-highlighted card the money in the WINNINGS meter is lost and the feature ends. However, if the arrow stops on a highlighted card you win the gamble. The gamble feature ends when you click 'COLLECT', or when you lose the gamble, or if the maximum win value is reached. The maximum number of gambles available in a game is determined by the stake and the maximum win value.
Any gamble bet option that would result in a win greater than the maximum win value will be unavailable. All unavailable gamble bet options will be shaded out and not selectable. If the WINNINGS amount is high enough for the x1.5 gamble bet option to result in a value greater than the maximum win, then the game will automatically bank enough money to allow that option to be available.
The gamble feature will not be entered if you selected 'GAMBLE OFF' or a gamble option with an entry value greater than the win from the main game.
In the event of a game in real play being interrupted (i.e. started but not completed due to connectivity issues or accidentally closing the browser etc.), any winnings will be correctly credited to your account and will be exact according to the result prior to the game being interrupted. Note that in a recovered game with a bonus feature the location of the bonus awards may be different from where they were prior to game recovery. However, the value of any prize awarded after the game has recovered will be the same. This is because the outcome for each game is pre-determined at the start of the game. If at least one gamble had been played in the gamble feature of a game in real play prior to the game being interrupted, then the game will recover to the gamble feature.
