15% Cashback - Weekend 3 - Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion is available to over 18's only. One offer per person. One person per household.
  2. Promotional period runs from 00:00:01 on the 30th Jan 2010 to 23:59:59 on the 31st Jan 2010.
  3. All Sky Vegas games online and on Interactive TV qualify including Mini-games. Mobile games are not included in this promotion.
  4. Enter code 'JAN' before you play to be eligible for cashback.
  5. Entering this promotion makes you automatically eligible to receive News and Offers.
  6. Your Cashback is non-withdrawable.
  7. Cashback will be calculated as 15% of your real play net losses on all games within the promotional period only.
  8. Minimum Cashback payout is £1 or currency equivalent.
  9. Maximum Cashback payout over period is £3,000 or currency equivalent.
  10. Accounts will be credited on or before midnight on 5th February 2010.
  11. Your Cashback must be used by midnight on 19th February 2010.
  12. Unused Cashback will be removed from accounts on the 22nd February 2010.
  13. In addition to this promotion, some customers may be offered the chance to be eligible for more than 15% Cashback in return for completing specific requirements.
  14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
  15. This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
  16. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this promotion.
