Craps is one of the most popular casino games in the world. Playing Craps is a fast-paced, fun, and exhilarating experience.
The object in Craps is to predict the outcome of the dice. The combination of wager placement and dice roll determines whether a bet is won or lost.

How to play

How to Place a Wager

You start by selecting a chip value button on the control bar. The chips represent a multiple of the denomination in which the game is being played (for example, a 5 chip is worth five times the game's denomination). The chip set in the controls has a rollover animation, so that as you place your mouse over each chip it lifts up in the tray, until the mouse has moved off of it. When you select a chip by clicking it, it will stay in its raised position to remind you of what value has been selected.

After selecting a chip value, place a wager by clicking the felt. As you move your mouse over the board, the following information is displayed:

Bet possibilities (if a bet is available, it will be highlighted)

After deciding what you want to bet on, click the appropriate area on the felt. With each click of your mouse, a chip of your selected denomination is placed on that bet spot. The total value (in credits) of the wager on that spot is displayed in the player information window when you move your mouse over the bet. To prevent the chip stack from growing too tall, as chips are added to the stack they are consolidated. For example if you are wagering with the 5 chip, the first 4 clicks will result in a stack of 4 chips. On the 5th click, the 4 chips would be replaced with a single, 25 credit chip.

Chips can be removed from the stack (and the wager reduced) by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the spot on the felt where the bet is placed. This action does not "back out" the bet, one wager increment at a time, in the reverse order. Instead, it removes 1 chip at a time, even if the chip value is a consolidated value that was the result of multiple clicks of a lower value chip. The chip values are removed in ascending order, that is, if you had a bet consisting of a 1 chip, 5 chip, and 25 chip, then SHIFT clicking 3 times would remove the 1 chip, then the 5 chip, and then the 25 chip.

As described below, some types of bets may be removed by the player during the course of play, while others may not. If all of your current bets are removable, and you would like to remove them all, you can click the RESET button to remove the bets. This will also reset the puck to the OFF state, and the next roll will be a Come-out roll.

The current total of your bet is displayed on the control bar.

When you have finished making your bets, click the PLAY button.

After you click the PLAY button, no additional wagers can be made, and the dice are thrown.

Based on the outcome of a Come-out roll, the chip behavior is as follows:

You can choose to keep your winning wagers on the table for the next roll, or remove them by SHIFT clicking them.
