Red Dog is a version of the live casino table game by the same name, and is a game of chance involving just 3 cards.
Although Red Dog may appear complicated to new players, it’s actually one of the more simple games available on the Sky Vegas online casino.
The aim of Red Dog is to predict the outcome of the third card dealt. You will be dealt two cards, and have to predict whether the third one will lie between the others numerically.
You place your ‘ante’ bet first, by selecting the chips at the bottom of the screen and placing them on the table. The two cards will then be dealt and you can decide whether you want to call, and see whether your bet has won, or raise and double your bet.
The third card will then be revealed and if it lies between the first two cards in its numerical value, your bet will have won. How much you win depends on how big the numerical gap is between the first two cards.

Types of bet
A compulsory bet that must be placed at the start of a game, in order to begin that game. May be of any value you wish.
An optional bet, with a value of up to your ante bet. This bet is placed once the first two cards have been dealt and you have seen the spread between the cards. You will not be able to complete this bet if you do not have sufficient funds in your account that is equal to your original ante bet.
Should you get disconnected during play we strongly recommend that on reconnection you re-launch the game and ensure any outstanding transactions are completed. Sky Vegas checks periodically and where incomplete transactions are found those games are terminated and any monies owed are returned to the player.
The theoretical average return to player (RTP) is 97.63%. This RTP represents the long-term expected payback of the game which has been calculated by an independent testing company.
