Sky Vegas customer scoops £2.64million from 90p spin! See our Winner's Story!

David Robson, 37, is the second person in less than two years to become a millionaire thanks to playing the popular, progressive online slot game on Sky Vegas. On Friday night he staked just 90p on Millionaires Club and his lucky spin scooped him the £2,642,668.61 jackpot.

Talking about his colossal win, Mr Robson, said: "I'm just a normal guy and I can't believe this has happened to someone like me. I was at home watching TV with my parents, and couldn't believe my eyes when the box popped up on my computer screen showing the massive pay-out. I couldn't sleep a wink that night - it really didn't sink in until Sky Vegas called to congratulate me."

A thrilled Mr Robson, who is planning to spend some of the money buying houses for himself and his parents, is proof of the potential winnings that are up for grabs on Sky's online casino games. The last time the Millionaires Club jackpot was struck, once again by a Sky Vegas player, was in August 2009, when it returned £1.5m. The £2.64m haul makes Mr Robson Sky Vegas' biggest winner to date.

Sky Vegas' Head of Gaming, John Parsonage, is delighted to be in the business of making millionaires: "This is the second time we've made a player a millionaire from this game and it's the biggest ever single win at Sky Vegas and probably one of the biggest in the industry. We are planning to launch another million pound jackpot slot soon so hopefully there will be even more Sky Vegas millionaires in the future."
